To my patients and community —
I wanted to provide an update regarding the office following the recent flooding damage. Unfortunately, the extent of the damage has been significant, and at this time I do not yet have a definite reopening date. We are currently waiting for the insurance and rebuilding process to move forward and be completed before we can safely reopen the office.
I know this disruption has been frustrating and inconvenient, and I truly appreciate everyone’s patience, understanding, and support during this process. I especially want to thank the many patients who have reached out with kind messages, offers of help, encouragement, and understanding over the past several days. Your support has truly meant more to me than I can adequately express. Caring for this community has always been deeply important to me, and during such a stressful and uncertain time, your compassion and kindness have been an incredible reminder of the relationships and trust we have built together over the years.
While this situation has been overwhelming at times, your patience and encouragement have helped make it easier to navigate, and I am incredibly grateful for each of you. My priority remains continuing to care for my patients as best as possible while we work through the rebuilding process.
At this time, I am continuing to offer telehealth appointments for consultations and follow-up visits whenever appropriate. However, appointments requiring physical examinations, procedures, or in-office services will unfortunately need to be delayed until the office is restored.
I will continue to share updates as I receive more information regarding the rebuilding timeline and reopening plans. Thank you again for your kindness, flexibility, and continued support during this challenging time.
